I’ve spent the last 10 years producing, directing and editing food content.
Here’s a selection of my works.
I have directed, edited, and produced a diverse array of content, including dramatic fiction and reality TV!
2024
"Why We Fight" is the working title for our upcoming documentary that highlights the lives, struggles, and mindsets of five martial artists from Ontario at various stages of their lives and careers. Below, you can see the teaser trailer for one of our diverse artists, the newly crowned WBA Light Featherweight World Champion, Sara Haghighat-joo.
2023
In 2023, I left my full-time job to pursue more fulfilling projects. Since then, I wrote, produced, directed, and edited a micro-budget short film titled "10,000 Days," which explores modern-day anxiety and has just completed its festival run. Additionally, I co-produced, directed, and edited a commercial for a local windows and doors company.

Violin MD
Since 2019, I’ve been collaborating with Siobhan Deshauer, an amazing young doctor from Toronto, on her wildly popular YouTube channel where she documents her journey as a doctor. I especially enjoy editing our medical mystery episodes, and this one might be my favorite—it really feels like an episode of House MD!
2019
The Wraith
Out of the six feature screenplays I’ve written, "The Wraith" is the only one I submitted to a writing competition, hoping to get it optioned. It became a finalist in Screencraft’s 2019 Horror competition. The prize included an invitation to Chicago in April 2020 to meet with agents, but unfortunately, COVID-19 disrupted those plans.
"The Wraith" tells the story of a workaholic businesswoman who returns home from a long work trip to find her husband and two children in the clutches of a supernatural being intent on replacing her. Before she can fight for her family, she must decide if the maternal role is truly for her.
IT’S TERRIFYING! READ IT HERE.
2015 -2024
How To Cake It
I joined How To Cake It in 2015 as their editor and first full-time employee. Over the course of nine years, the YouTube show grew wildly popular, amassing over 4 million subscribers and transforming into a global baking brand with over 10 million followers. I progressed from lead editor to director, and eventually to producer, earning the title of Head of Production. In 2022, I transitioned to a part-time position.
2014
Cold Season
I edited the micro-budget musical feature "Cold Season" (2014, directed by Carley Smale), which won Best No-Budget Feature at the Toronto Independent Film Festival.
2014
Look Again
I was the production designer and later the editor for "Look Again" (2015, directed by Daniel O'Connor), an indie comedy film about a man who receives glasses from his guardian angels that reveal whether someone is good or bad. The movie starred Daytime Emmy winner Brittany Allen.
2013
My thesis film at Humber College, "167," is a short film about a man who, after a chance encounter with a modern-day succubus, discovers how many breaths he has left in life. He uses his remaining moments to complete one important task. The film raised over $7,500 through a fundraising campaign and was showcased at several local festivals. Watch it below!
Other Editing Examples
I wish I could make music.
But I can make a music video. Imagined, filmed and edited the one below. Shot on 16mm.
